The selfie and any derived biometric template are processed solely for identity verification and fraud prevention. Liveness detection may be used to ensure the image is genuine and not a static photo.

If verification fails, the Driver’s access may be temporarily suspended. The legal basis for this processing is contractual necessity and legitimate interest (security and compliance). Selfie data is stored only for as long as necessary to confirm identity and then securely deleted, unless required by law.

Drivers may request deletion, correction, or restriction of their biometric data where permitted by law. This process helps maintain safety and trust within the Taxi Lyx 96 platform, similar to industry standards used by other ride-hailing companies.
